Exercise Type: Run

Weather: sunny, hot. 80s.

Comments:
ran warmup kinda with kayla then kinda alone. cooldown with sara. and workout alone. the 1000s felt great, but the 600s were hell. the pace was faster than my PR in the 800 so it was so hard to hit.. didn't it it. right shin was hurting on warmup but it felt fine on cooldown and workout. breathing was okay. not the greatest. i felt like puking by the end cause of the heat. hydrated and slept well too.

extra: back, plank, squat, calf raise, ice/rehab.

1000 goal: 5:14, splits: 5:15, 5:12, 5:13.
600 goal: 2:28, splits: 2:35, 2:34.
