Today. today. I had the privilege of running alone. It was really therapeutic and I got to really get in the moment and try not to think. I think I really need to find a regular running buddy. and really be able to push myself on these longer runs so that it's all hard and good. I think I'm needing to stop thinking and just go. and enjoy the breathing and running.
overall it was a good run. felt hard, but when i stopped it was not so hard. I really need a running partner.
