Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
3x2400 (on my watch it was only 1.35 so .15 short) which was 2 of the normal loops. supposed to hit 4:58 per loop, so 9:56 per set. My times were 9:32, 9:51, and 9:52. After the first set, my legs felt very heavy on the hills but i tried to stay positive and focus on keeping my form and running the downhills fast, which I think worked. Afterwards we did 4x35 secs hard on the road around the lake. Ran back in vibrams- feet feeling good.
