felt alright. but i think i had something bad to eat idk what my stomachs just been acting up i had to shitt the whole time. my kick on the last one was terrible cause i almost shit myself. ran straight over to hilton as soon as i finished. stomach actually still acting up now. i may have aten something bad a few days ago.
workout was 12's and 8's
pace 423 and 247-8. was basically on for all except the first one that was too slow. after that we got into it.
