Killin that Sunday long run

We split into 2 groups for this one, just so we didn't have to worry about a large pack. Since no one volunteered to take the freshman to do Ghostrider, I decided to. We started out pretty easy but by 4 miles out we were going at a pretty nice pace. Once we got to the canal (7 miles out) I decided to really drop the pace and stretch out the legs. Peter was really looking good and stayed up with me the whole time. For the next 4 miles we were 5:56, 5:47, 5:42, and 5:49, and it felt really easy. Peter added on with me the extra 3 miles to get to 15 miles. We had a good talk and I can tell he's gonna excel at the longer stuff. This run restored a bit of confidence in myself. Overall pace of this run was mid 6:20s
