Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Today we had tempo mile repeats on the course in preparation for the dual meet this friday. I was preparing myself to hate this workout but was determined to get it done. We warmed up on the usual route and got back to the varsity house to stretch and such. Once we began my legs felt great. I was in the second group and molloy, steve, and myself pretty much gapped all the others by a few seconds. The repeats were as follows:
