Comments:
To start the day off we did planks, leg lifts and clams. I ran to AU and only did a measly 6 out what was supposed to be 12 400s because I was still coughing and Anthony told me to call it a day. Aidan missed Episcopal relays and did 14! This whole "sick" business needs to stop. I ran back to school after my intervals.
