1000s and 600s

Weather: kinda hot, super sun

This workout was really hard. Also groin thing was on fire the majority of the workout. It was awful during the 600s because for some reason it hurts more when I go fast. It's like the first couple steps are brutal. Anyway if I thought it was bad in running it was nothing compared to how it felt in hockey. Each stride on the ice was terrible. I don't know why though, because usually running injuries don't hurt as much in hockey but it was awful last night during hockey. I iced last night and tonight and I found some really good stretches but it was still awful. Also besides the whole injury thing those 600s were really hard in general, and I didn't do very well pace wise. Did 3 1000s and 3 600s. 1000 pace was 3:35: hit 3:41, 3:34, 3:36. 600 pace was 2:12 (I thought it was 2:17 during the workout): 2:27, 2:34, 2:33. This workout kicked my ass. Back, Plank, Squat, CR.
