Really Shitty Tempo Two's (and one)

I felt pretty iffy today legwise, so I was pretty nervous for the workout. We warmed up 1.5 miles to the rail-trail and Etters gave all the upper distance guys 3x2 miles with 2 minute rest between. The first one we went out and even by 1 mile I was pretty tired. We hit 10:27, and then the second one I fell way back but rallied at the end and finished decently strong, but I figured I must have run like 10:50 because I was so far back. Turns out I ran 10:27 again and everyone ahead ran like 10 flat. Damn. Well I was dead by that one so coach told me to just do a single mile and me and Casey went out on that one and I felt really tired but we were noticeably going easier on this one so it wasn't as bad, then again it was a 5:34 so way off our pace. Cooled down for 3 miles after this.
