Comments:
Longest and hardest workout I've done in a while. Target pace was 90 seconds, and I started out conservative at first, hoping to keep constant splits throughout and realized I could speed up and still do so. Ran the next bunch of 400's between 1:23-25. Consciously tried to speed up for the 3rd to last and 2nd to last ones, because those are usually the slowest/hardest for me. I was able to maintain my earlier times or go faster, but I was dead for the last 400. Ran back to school with a group significantly faster than I wanted to, which is good ultimately. Long stretch afterwards.
