I'm running out of creative titles to distinguish different days of ellipticalling, I need to come up with a system. After the workout yesterday, I think it was good that Anthony put me in the cross training group. Ended up going 35 minutes fast on the elliptical, which wasn't exactly the recovery it might have supposed to have been....
