Comments:
Ran with Melanie past Mazza to Dorset Avenue and back, and hoped to add 15-20 minutes on the elliptical, only to find the gym closed. Grrr. Thought it would be smart to half-crosstrain since yesterday wasn't much of a recovery and I want to do the upcoming hill workout, but didn't intend to have such a short day. Did extra strengthening when I got home.
