Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Since we have the dual meet on friday, that means back to back workouts on tuesday and wed. I had a good tempo workout yesterday and we hit the track for 4x200 strides and the 6x400 at 68. We did 3 mile warm up and the jogged over to track. I was put in a group with jimmy, schwartz, and miami. We took turns leading and taking the pace. Jim had the first one and he took it out quick in laround 30 so we hit the breaks for the last 200. Everyone else was much better but we were hitting them all a bit fast and etters was getting mad. we kept lying to him and saying we were hitting 68s when we really went 66s. Once again the 400s werent fast but we are making progress with fitness here and its getting me pumped. time to make some fucking moves on friday. The intervals were as follows:
