Comments:
Did a quick warmup for my second workout of the week. I was dead before it even began did drills and he whole shebangbut the outcome of this workout wasn't really good at all.
I was just super wasted from yesterday...
I went 407 406 240 241 416 410
I just felt really fatigued and it was windy and hot. I hope I will feel better for tomorrow's workout.
