Felt a little sluggish today, but once I got moving I felt pretty smooth throughout the workout. Put a good effort in, but today I felt like I was in control. However, some of the times weren't my best, though all things considered a solid workout. 1000's were really solid, and I closed the last one fast by sticking with Sam.
