Comments:
progressive long run with corey. ran reeeaaalll slow for the first 5 with chris and ethan. couldn't take it anymore so corey and i picked it up some more in the middle. out shaker to richmond. picked up the pace gradually on the way back. felt good, smooth, and not too sore.
got back, lifted, and it was already pretty late. chose to forgo the order of operations and swim before stretching while i still had the chance. 12 laps@6strokes, 4 back, 2 underwater.
