progression long run with megan

Comments:
up NP to shaker, back down fairmount. was crazy to get to turn around at warrensville center road!! oh, the miracles of starting from veale rather than home and also of having shorter run longs these days.

very progression-y. as in started out too slow, finished too fast. last three miles: 7:45, 7:30, 6:40. probably because of the downhill.

mile on van horn before because my long run was supposed to be 11.
