hill workout on the BIKE.

Have been confined to the bike for the next few days. Tried to do the hill workout on the bike. It was quite hard. Resistance at 6 for the warm-up, 10 for the workout, and 6 down to 4 for the cool-down.

The hills were hard. But, at the same time, it's really hard for me to get my heart rate up on the bike. got to 150 at the end of a couple hill segments, but that's as high as I got. It doesn't help that anytime it's getting really hard, I just tell myself to calm down and take a few good breaths and then my heart rate drops another 10.
