So coach drug me out to this doctor/PT guy she met on a plane who has an office thingy in Northfield. Then I got to use his anti-gravity treadmill!! Took off 40% of my body weight by getting zippered in at the waist to this weird bubble that pushed up on my hips and made me feel both really really light and very very unstable! if it wasn't for that waist harness, I would have been falling everywhere. stayed on it for a bit under an hour and will be going back tomorrow morning to do the tempo.
Oh, also, you have to drop the pace 20 sec/mile for every 10% of your body weight you take off. So since I dropped 40% (to save my hip the stress), I was easy running at 6:40 pace. And tomorrow I get to tempo at 5:20 pace!! hahahahaa
