Solid Gym Time!

Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Went to the gym after lab and per Zach's request did a 1RM Bench. Hit 240#! Surprised myself because it had been a while.

Then did the workout I planned:
7x1 Power Cleans (Going for 1RM)
135, 155, 165, 185, 195, 205, 215(f), 210#! New PR by 10#!!

Then the metcon was:
4 Rounds:
400m Sprint
10x Push Press @ 135# (heavy!)
This took me about 12 minutes. Didn't start my watch plus the cardio room was pretty full.

Then we did some abs (We: it was me and Atkins)
3 Rounds; used an 18kg KB
10/10x KB Windmill
10x Weighted Sit-Up
10x Leg Raises
10x 2-Count Weighted Russian Twist
10x Ab Wheel Roll-Outs

Was a good day in the gym :)
