Comments:
on the trackkkkk. 3x(400, 300, 300, 200) all at 3k pace which for me was around 87-90 per 400. Over all felt nice and relaxed, never was breathing hard, and felt goodl did cool down in vibrams. During the afternoon and now after the workout my throat is pretty sore, i feel like my nose is running a little and my eyes are watery...hopefully I'm not getting sick :/
