Comments:
I felt really good running today. I went three miles and then went back to Grant Park to do four, eighty meter, at my race pace dashes. It felt very easy to not sprint and stay at my running pace and I felt that I didn't run the three miles at a fast pace. My ankle did not hurt today, even during the cool down back to Dan's house.
