Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
2 mile warmup, 6x2 mile on the track @ 5:30-5:35. 800m moderate (6:20-:30) paced jog for recovery. Started to feel the volume going into the last one, but still felt comfortable in maintaining 5:30 pace. Overall, felt awesome. Fun to do a workout like this I've never attempted before.
