This morning when I woke up I really regretted going hard in hocke because it really facks with my groin. By the end my knee hates me. I kinda feel playing hockey took a day of recovery away. I iced after and stretched and stuff. Today the workout was kinda hard. 12 minutes hard and 4 minutes easy 3x. I also did like a two minute "all out" after the three intervals. More recovery to come.
