felt ok but my achilles heel hurt alot. still hurt after.
it was 2 mile threshold with 90 sec break fllowed by two miles. then 2 min break and all out 300.
pace was 618-622

did a mile warm up, 4 mile workout 300 meter allout and 1300 meter cooldown.
