I don't know what happened but I magically hurt my foot somehow. I don't know what happened. It's on my right foot on the outside, on some bone sticking out, sort of. I don't remember hitting it against anything. It was painful during the drills but I thought it would be a genius idea to try and run on it. So I did my first 2 mile cruise interval, or whatever it's called. During the run it felt okay. I felt some pain and it was sort of nagging. After the 2 mile run when Mark, Will, and I walked over to record out times, I started to limp on It pretty bad and decided to sit out for the rest of the day. On top of my injury or whatever you wanna call it, I have a cold. So I am most definitely feeling subpar. Tonight I have focused on taking the weight off of my foot and icing periodically. The only bright side of today was that I hit my time with 12:40 when I was supposed to hit anywhere from 12:36-12:44. Hopefully I'm feeling good again for Palatine.
