Comments:
This race was like really awful cough medicine. It will have made me better in the long run, I didn't enjoy it too much, and it actually made my throat feel a little bit better. Every mile felt like 3 miles, very minute felt like 3 minutes, and I really really hope my times improve at the next meet. Like I've been doing all season, my attention is pointed forward, not backward. Onward to the next meet.
