Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
A mildly grueling 10k workout, but not all so bad. Ran with Dylan, Bryce, and Ben for the first half and settled back with Ben for the second half. I felt pretty strong, but my goal next time is to stick with Dylan and Bryce the whole time. The 200m fly repeats felt great as always, 31 / 30 / 31
