Comments:
Felt awesome today! Ran 8 with coop, tillman, and andy. After a bathroom break, headed back out with andy thinking I would only run for 2 more miles at the most. Ended up running the course and adding on a mile afterwords. Started to get pretty tired in the last two miles or so and abdominal muscle was hurting a bit. Legs are pretty tired afterwords but this was a confidence booster.
