Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
went on 65% BW rather than 60, because then my mechanics weren't changed so dramatically, and I was able to land more on my heels like I normally do (my feet hurt really bad from only being able to land on my toes on thursday).
started at 5:50 (equivalent of 7:00) and reduced by 5 sec/mile. the problem is that that never got my heart rate above 155, and it was under 130 except for the last two miles. coach says she's going to start making me tempo at a much faster pace.
stim and ice after returning to case.
