Jess cleared me to run two miles if I went super slow!!
went to Pittsburgh for Dan's rugby match. ran two miles around the fields at this soccer complex situated perfectly in the middle of the mountains. it was a really beautiful area. felt really tight and I think I strained the hip too much stretching but overall a positive thing to be able to run without the treadmill.
