ran from Dan's house around a 4-mile loop he knew. he was tight from his game so we stopped to stretch a few times, which was fine by me!

hip feeling a lot better. It ALMOST felt normal running today!! hopefully tomorrow will be an almost-normal-but-lower-milage workout day.

stopped at somebody's backyard after so Dan could show me his neighborhood's view of the Lake. It was gorgeous; it looks so much more like the UP there than what I would consider Lake Erie. Oh, the wonders of getting your ass out of Cleveland!! :P
