Comments:
This run was not good. I thought I would be ready to go outside after a whole weekend of no hockey or running but today showed me different. If it wasn't enough for my groin to be hurting my left knee was bad. I felt like it didn't even look like I was running. It was like a hobble. It's like before my knee wouldn't hurt till the end of a workout or run but today it started when the run did. I was supposed to go 4-5 but I could only go 3. LC2, CR, 100 UP. It was quite the disappointment... Thought this would be done with.
