I felt like it was fairly easy to hit the paces that we needed to hit (Mine was 11:07) and that I was able to feel when I was going too fast or too slow. I'm sorry that this is a day late as well. I had no problems with my ankle today and really enjoyed the challenge of the workout. I have noticed as well that I have a hard time keeping the 80% Healthy and 20% Bad diet up.
