Soon as I found out the APFT was postponed, I went downstairs to play with my barbell.

Barbell Complex @ 95, 105, 110, 115#
Complex is (all without setting the weight down):
6x Deadlift
6x Bent Row
6x Hang Power Clean
6x Front Squat
6x Push Press
6x Back Squat
6x Push-Ups

Then did 3 Rounds of:
10x Snatch Grip Deadlift @ 115#
10x 2-count Floor Wipers holding 115#

Then 10-8-6-4-2
Bicep Curls @ 95#

Fun stuff! Back will probably be sore tomorrow which is good.
