Comments:
Today was scalding hot. I didn't realize how burnt I was until I went to the beach later that day...Anyways, the workout was pretty hard. My pace was supposed to 7:05-7:15 but I ran 7:05, 7:25, 7:05. The second mile was pretty slow but we picked it up a bit on the last mile so that was good. I felt pretty great afterwards and I drank tons of water so I wouldn't get a heat stroke and die.
