Weather: Sunny, hot and humid

Comments:
Felt really tired. Marked off a mile on the road, but think my car is off. The effort was way too much to be 6:20-6:30 pace, which is where I kept it. My heart rate got up to 187!! Did 20 minutes at this pace, then did 4 x 5:00 so that I could continue on pace. I was exhausted. Probably should have waited another day given how hard Wednesday was. Oh well, still got 40 minutes of tempo in.
