Comments:
today was kind of sad because I didn't see Evy for almost 7 whole hours! I was having terrible withdraw, but then practice started and everything got a million times better. :)
we did hills/bounding at the meadow today, and it was a LOT harder...probably because I actually bounded the right way today. I did six loops and really pushed the uphills, but I didn't go as fast as I should have on the downhills. I was SO exhausted, and my legs felt like jello. In the middle I fell off a little and wasn't in the front of my pack going up the hill. I was afraid I was going to give up, but luckily Evy help push me by reminding me we want to get faster.
on our run back we saw a dead skunk. Allison and Brooke killed it with their mean words. Then we had a laughing/asthma attack and couldn't breathe for a while.
