Weather: cool windy, cloudy 60s.

Comments:
ran warmup behind yoyo, workout alone, and cooldown half with yoyo rest alone. felt okay today. legs felt pretty heavy but not bad, no major pains but shin tightness in the warmup. breathing wasn't that great though. idk why :( and i started having this major cramp towards the end of my 4th 1000. .. ew. i hydrated super well though..

1000 goal: 5:04. splits: 5:00, 4:58, 4:58, 4:56.
300 all out: 1:01.
