XC Practice

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Wet, overcast, windy

Comments:
Ran easy on the fields today. Extended the run a bit with a 22:30 first interval and I got close to 5 miles as a result. I felt good throughout although what I ran was pretty flat, with only a few hills when I decided to go down to the baseball field and and back. That's the issue with having to stay on the fields at the school.

Did a circuit after.
