Comments:
going to do the tempo in the morning on the anti-gravity treadmill.
did the coventry loop, added on barefoot in the field.
felt okay. quite tight though. I'm going to start hitting it pretty hard with strength, stretching, and ice, not baby it anymore, because it's more of my quad/IT band that's bothering me, not so much my hip anymore. I'm assuming that's a good thing.
abs, stretching, hip strengthening with Jess, ice after.
