Workout. Pace was 54-55. I was a bit quick on a few. Ran the workout with mark. I hit 55, 55, 54, 54, 53, 53, 53, 52. Felt pretty shitty today but it didnt feel that tough. My left ankle was buggin me a bit but besides that i didnt have much pain.
