Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I have caved. I will start putting in the warmups because they do make a difference in mileage. Today was a plank, leg lift and clam day. We jogged to the capital crescent trail, warmed up, did 6 striders and then began the tempo run. I stayed with the group during the first half, but, of course right after we turned around I was dropped and completely lost contact. There was nobody telling me splits, but I tried to keep it consistent. Anthony joined for the half mile or so and gave me a great deal of motivation, but my body did not respond the way I wanted it too. And I may have, "PRed in the 5k" at several practices, but being last in the group is not a good place to be.
