wasnt feeling it today. 8 300's
i dont remember my splits but my first was too slow and the rest were all basically to fast. last one i hit a 54. 100 meter jog straight after each. 2 min break between.
couldn't seem to get on pace for the first hundred and that messed me up on most. mile cooldown after.
