5 mile tempo

Comments:
capital crescent, starting south (first half downhill). felt pretty good until the last half mile, when my stomach made me slow down a bit. the last mile was still way faster than the others. not really sure about my time, i was alone, a bit behind the front few guys and a bit in front of zeke, ben, and timmy. darren was fairly close behind but i forgot his time. it was 6:10-6:20 pace for the first 3 miles, then much faster for the next 2. proud of being able to do this!
