Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
machines - 10X15 sit ups on incl bench, leg exercises, 3X15 torso bends, ball on the wall, 4X15 back, 5X 15 hamstring flat, 5X15 hamstring sit, and 5 X15 quads. too strap off for sitting ham strings. some small discomfort, but Aleve solved it.
