Comments:
All machines - 8 X15 sit ups on incl bench, leg exercises, 3X15 torso bends, ball on the wall, 3X 15 side bends, 4X15 back, 5X15 lat pull dwn, 5X 15 hamdstring flat, 5X15 hamstring sit, and 5 X15 quads. strap on for sitting ham strings. Some feeling thrughut the day but not real discomfort.
