tempo on le fancypants treadmill.

Comments:
out to northfield again to use the anti-gravity treadmill. coach came too to have dr. leo check out her back. she had me do a 5-mile tempo.

1st mi: equiv. 6:30 pace. HR ~150
2nd-3rd mi: equiv. 6:25 pace. HR ~160
4th-5th mi: equiv. 6:20 pace. HR ~165

Paces were actually much faster of course to account for only 65% of body weight applied.

This felt really good, pretty comfortable, confident, easy, no pain whatsoever! I was really excited about that, and am confident that I'm still in good shape after the disasters of the past three weeks.
