Comments:
sad day :( it was Evy's birthday so that was exciting! but i did terrible on the tempo...I fell off the pack before the two mile and instead of hitting 6:35-6:45 pace i was 6:50 the whole way. I felt really tired and my shins felt really tight. I was really negative too, which didn't help. I have to work on that during workouts so I won't be so negative during races. I'm going to stay with Evy on mile repeats Saturday...just take one at a time. and I should probably start eating healthier. I think this was my first "bad" workout since I've been here. I need to practice being present in the moment instead of thinking ahead too much.
