Comments:
Very odd day.. I had a lot of plans for this run which kinda went out the window when I woke up this morning with a limp… I did something inside my hip. Not to the muscles but where the bone rotates inside the pelvic bone. Maybe the IT band? No idea. It was bad before the run and kinda bad in the run but mainly went away the rest of the day.


Planned on doing a tempo run but ended up just jogging which was plenty hard enough. Wonderful weather though….
